Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with the EYFS framework
Encourage curiosity, independence, and confidence through play-based learning and hands-on activities
Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that nurtures both academic and emotional growth
Use observational assessments to monitor progress and inform planning
Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to support holistic development
Contribute to the wider school community through events, workshops, and cross-phase collaboration
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Have experience working with young children in an educational setting (experience is desirable but not essential)
Be patient, empathetic, and passionate about early years education
Demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice
