Senior Recruitment Consultant – Technology (Software & Data) Newcastle-under-Lyme (Hybrid) Competitive base strong commission clear progression The role Uniting Ambition is a private-equity backed technology recruitment business with over 20 years’ experience working with established and high-growth brands across Software Engineering and Data. Due to continued growth, we’re looking to hire an experienced Senior Consultant to build and develop a defined technology market. This is a hands-on role with genuine ownership — client development, delivery, and long-term market growth. You’ll be trusted to run your desk properly, supported by a strong brand, existing client relationships, and modern recruitment tools.
