Family Solicitor / CILEX
Location: Bury, Greater Manchester
A long-established and well-respected Legal 500 law firm based in Bury is seeking an experienced Private Family Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX) to join its dedicated Family Law team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a capable and motivated individual looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and reputable practice.
The Role
As the Family Solicitor you will manage a varied and interesting caseload of private family law matters, including:
* Divorce, dissolution and separation
* Financial settlements and complex ancillary relief
* Private children matters
* Injunctions and TOLATA
You will have the opportunity to work autonomously while benefiting from the support of an experienced and collaborative team.
What we are looking for:
* Qualified Family Solicitor or CILEX with at least 4 years' PQE in private family law
* Confident handling files independently from instruction to conclusion
* Excellent communication, negotiation and client care skills
* Empathetic and professional approach to sensitive client matters
* Ability to build and maintain strong client and professional relationships
