What would you do as our Sales Support Representative – Willenhall?
As our Sales Support Representative, you will be passionate about building strong customer relationships and contributing to the team’s success. A key focus of the role will be to source new customers to promote HKC products and services, as well as providing the best customer service to them. You will be able to showcase your experience in planning and executing sales strategies to maximize sales potential.
You would also:
* Utilise marketing data to generate leads and initiate phone-based sales of new and existing products.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
* Regularly update the CRM system with customer details and sales records.
* Handle incoming customer calls, follow up as needed, and redirect calls to appropriate departments to help deliver the best customer experience.
