About the Role
As a graduate engineer you will gain exposure to all aspects of our work. Your day‑to‑day tasks may include:
* Working on live projects from day one
* Engaging across a variety of sectors such as healthcare and hospitality
* Producing detailed designs and drawings
* Using the latest computer modelling tools such as Revit, Dialux, Relux and Electrical OM
* Undertaking site surveys
* Researching ground‑breaking technologies
* Participating in continuous CPD and learning opportunities
* Designing and creating electrical circuits, wiring and lighting installations
You will regularly communicate with project teams, meet clients or end users, and attend collaborative meetings. A dedicated mentor and supervisor will support your development and training throughout the programme.

About You
To be successful you’ll need:
* Graduated with a required 2:1 or higher, IET or CIBSE accredited degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification
* Post‑graduate qualifications (masters or other) are an advantage
* Previous placement or work experience in a similar industry is desirable
* Knowledge of CAD or similar modelling software is beneficial
* Excellent communication, analytical and organisational skills
* Ability to work both within a team and independently
* A friendly, ambitious and confident individual with a flexible, resilient approach
