Your new role
As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll step into the classroom when teachers are absent and ensure learning continues smoothly. Your role will include:
1. Managing students aged 11–16
2. Delivering pre‑planned work (no planning or marking required!)
3. Keeping students engaged, focused, and on track
4. Maintaining a positive and productive classroom environment
5. This is classroom management at its core — perfect for someone who enjoys leading groups and keeping energy high and positive behaviour.
What you'll need to succeed
