Role and Responsibilities:
* Support the Quality Manager in maintaining the Quality Management System, ensuring departments follow quality objectives to drive continuous improvement.
* Help update, create, and maintain essential quality documentation, including IFUs, non x2011;conformance forms, and internal/external non x2011;conformance reports.
* Coordinate product risk analysis activities.
* Manage incident reporting processes.
* Assist with internal audit planning, management review scheduling, and identifying improvement initiatives.
* Take part in external audits, supporting colleagues with corrective actions and quality improvements.
Skills and Experience
* Strong understanding of relevant quality and regulatory standards, including ISO 9001.
* Proven ability to maintain, update and generate documentation within a Quality Management System.
* Experience raising, investigating, and closing CAPAs.
* Skilled in conducting internal audits and performing post x2011;market surveillance activities.
