Job Description:
What You’ll Do
Responsible for adopting and promoting Agile methodologies within a cross-functional team. Provides oversight during feature/user story grooming and sprint development. Manages sprint timelines, stand-ups, and ceremonies, and helps remove blockers to ensure timely releases.
How You’ll Do It
* Facilitate team activities including daily stand-ups, grooming, sprint planning, demonstrations, release planning, and retrospectives.
* Identify and communicate dependencies between teams, resolving issues as needed.
* Manage sprint deliverables, proactively resolve impediments, and update tracking tools accordingly.
Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
* Experience coaching and mentoring in Agile methodologies, with a good understanding of the Scrum framework.
Physical and Cognitive Requirements
The physical requirements are typical for an office environment, including remaining stationary and operating office equipment. Reasonable accommodations will be provided as required by law.
