A market-leading supplier of access equipment is looking for a highly organised and proactive
Hire Administrator
to join their growing team near Reading. Supporting the busy hire desk, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between the sales team, logistics, and clients across construction and infrastructure sectors.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Processing hire orders, off-hires, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
* Coordinating with depots, drivers, and customers to arrange timely deliveries and collections
* Updating internal systems and handling customer queries by phone and email
* Supporting the commercial and operational teams with admin and documentation
* Maintaining high standards of customer service and communication throughout
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in a hire desk, construction admin, or logistics support role
* Strong attention to detail and a methodical, process-driven approach
* Confident communication skills and a friendly, professional manner
* Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* IT literate – confident using Microsoft Office
