You will need to have experiencing working with complex, fast moving food products. You will also recognise the needs of working with a range of differing customers and leading on audits. Core areas the role will focus on include;
1. Act upon legislation and guidelines to ensure that manufacturing is conducted legally.
2. Ensure compliance to the BRC Global Standard for Food
3. Lead the Food Safety HACCP team.
4. Drive factory standards
5. Build a high performing technical team
HACCP level 4 and lead auditor skills will be highly valued in this role.
