About the Role:
As a planner working with our client Cross Keys Homes, your primary responsibility is to manage jobs and appointments raised by the client. This involves ensuring that each job is scheduled appropriately, allocating the correct amount of time, and assigning the right operatives to carry out the work. The planner will closely monitor the progress of each job, identify any additional works required, and ensure these are addressed promptly. They are also responsible for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitoring overdue works to maintain service standards and client satisfaction.
Key Criteria:
* Previous experience in a Planning/Admin role.
* Good organisational skills.
* IT literate.
All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK. Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be over 21, have held your license for over 3 months, and have less than 9 points.
Candidates should be aware that all our roles are subject to relevant DBS/Security checks before employment begins.
