Onboarding Assistant - Property Department
A dynamic law firm is seeking a proactive Onboarding Assistant to support fee earners in the property department, ensuring smooth administrative processes and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the onboarding process, provide quotes, and manage file closure tasks.
* Handle property-related administrative duties, including registrations, requisitions, and liaising with estate agents and solicitors.
* Maintain and update records on the relevant platforms.
* Provide professional, friendly client support via telephone, adhering to high service standards.
* Assist Property Teams as needed to ensure seamless workflow.
Ideal Candidate:
* Highly organised, self-managed, and detail-oriented.
* Strong communication and administrative skills.
* Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment.

Salary: £23,000 per annum
