Senior Quantity Surveyor QWERTY

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, your activities will include the following, but are not limited to:
* Month End Auto-WIP & Journal returns
* Co-ordination of AFC & internal Rolling Forecasts
* Provision of information for Monthly Reports
* Review of EW notifications & BUK responses or notifications downstream & upstream
* Liaising with Client on compensation events, payment allocation queries or disallowed items
* Cost Analysis via SAP & Power BI
* Assisting CM on compilation of Project Board Reports
* Calculation of BOQ star rates
* Remeasurement of BOQ
* Update Commercial Registers i.e. CE, EW, Plant, Sales Invoices etc.
* Drafting of notifications including letters
* Overseeing of Subcontract Management processes
* Value analysis– SOR, FP, day works
* Change Management – Notification, Quotation & Agreement of Compensation Events
* Payment Application & Invoicing
* Innovation to improve job margin
Experience Required
* Knowledge of NAECI Agreement
* Experience on major Construction Projects
* NEC4 Option B Contracts
* Standard Method of Measurement
* Basic knowledge of P6 programmes
