Customer Support Advisor
We are looking for an outstanding customer service advisor to join a close-knit team of six people. You will be working with retail customers processing orders, repairs and enquiries within this busy and vibrant sales support department. You will only be dealing with business customers. This is a lovely modern office close to the main line station.
My client is the UK’s largest manufacturer of bridal jewellery. They have been creating fine collections of handmade engagement rings, wedding rings, eternity rings and partnership jewellery since 1967. Today over 1,000 pieces of fine jewellery pass through their workshop every week. Each piece undergoes over 20 stages of development, with even the simplest rings passing through 12 pairs of hands in the 5 days it takes to make.

Key Responsibilities
* Work as part of the customer service team
* Customer liaison, processing enquiries, orders and communicate about their orders, including any delays or changes in delivery
* Maintain thorough and accurate customer service records
* Liaising face to face with internal departments
* General office administration
* External Sales Team support
* Contacting existing customer base for sales support and promotional offers
Skills Required
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Excellent attention to detail
* Excellent customer service skills
* Team player with a “Can do” attitude
* Accurate and proven numerical skills
* Ability to work to tight deadlines
* Previous industry experience is desired but not essential.

* Possess a professional and super-friendly manner
* Ability to handle a high volume of telephone calls, calm and efficiently
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Never accepts average performance
* Passionate team player with a great sense of humour
Benefits
Starting salary of £25k - £27k. Plenty of potential for increases dependant on performance and attitude

Hours – 7.45am – 4.45pm
