About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and supportive Inclusion Room Manager to run our Inclusion Room, providing targeted behaviour interventions and pastoral support. This role is key in helping students re-engage with learning, develop positive behaviour strategies, and successfully reintegrate into mainstream lessons.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and deliver a structured Inclusion Room programme.
* Provide 1:1 and small group mentoring sessions.
* Support students in reflecting on behaviour and building positive strategies.
* Work with staff, families, and external agencies to ensure students are fully supported.
* Collaborate with teachers to create tailored interventions and resources.
* Promote positive behaviour across the school and contribute to the pastoral team.
About You
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above).
* Strong communication, organisation, and ICT skills.
* Experience working with young people in an educational setting.
* Resilient, adaptable, and committed to supporting student success.
* Passionate about safeguarding and student wellbeing.
