About the Role
As a lifeguard, your primary responsibility will be to keep a watchful eye on our guests, ensuring their safety in the pool and on the flumes. Your attention to detail is crucial, as is your ability to engage with guests and provide top-notch customer service.
In addition to monitoring safety, you will:
* Promote and run exciting poolside activities
* Create memorable experiences for our guests
If you already have a lifeguard qualification, that's fantastic! If not, don’t worry—we’ll support you through your NPLQ course, equipping you with all the training you need to kickstart your lifeguarding career.
About You
We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who naturally connect with a diverse range of people. Here’s what you’ll need:
* A strong swimming ability
* Exceptional attention to detail to monitor the pool during busy times
* Flexibility, reliability, and punctuality, as our business operates 7 days a week
You’ll be part of a fantastic team, but there will be times when you’ll supervise areas independently. If you have a lifeguard qualification, we’d love to hear from you, but we’re equally excited to help you gain your NPLQ with us!
