We’re growing - and we’re looking for a dynamic, experienced, and forward-thinking Senior Estimator to join our Building North Division. This is a pivotal role where your expertise will directly influence the success of our bids and the strategic expansion of our portfolio.
What you’ll do:
Lead the estimating process for major building projects
Collaborate with Bid Teams, Project Managers, and Designers
Manage tender documentation, pricing, and adjudication
Mentor Estimating Assistants and drive continuous improvement
Apply your deep knowledge of UK construction methods and market dynamics
What you’ll bring:
Proven experience in estimating and tender adjudication
Strong technical understanding of building processes
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Commercial awareness and strategic thinking
Familiarity with Causeway Estimating software (desirable)
