Role: Property Photographer/Videographer and Marketing

About the Role
Are you creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about content creation? 📸🎥
We’re working with a growing independent estate agency in Essex who are looking to bring onboard an entry-level Photographer / Videographer to support their property marketing efforts.
You don’t need years of experience – just a keen eye for detail, a love for photography and videography, and a willingness to learn. Full training and mentorship will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
* Photograph and film property listings to highlight their best features
* Edit photos and videos using industry-standard tools (training provided)
* Coordinate shoot scheduling with sales and lettings teams
* Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials
* Contribute to social media content creation as needed
* Maintain and care for photography/videography equipment
Skills & Qualities Required
* Enthusiasm for photography, videography, and creative media
* A strong eye for composition and detail
* Basic editing knowledge (e.g. Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) is a bonus
* Organised and reliable with great time management
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn and take direction
* No previous estate agency experience needed – just the right attitude
