Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Production Manager to oversee our production processes and ensure that all projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing production workflows, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for color and quality.
Responsibilities
* Write up job workflows and put into production.
* Create production schedules.
* Good eye for color and quality.
* Good communication skills.
* Manage all projects from start to finish, making sure schedules and quality are maintained.
* Managing production team and assigning work.
* Manage packing for shipping.
* Oversee shipping logistics and tracking of all deliverables.
* Sourcing and qualifying new print materials.
* R&D for new projects, figuring out production process with very keen attention to detail and quality.
* Must be a problem solver to solve problems that come up along the way.
* Microsoft Excel (Medium Level).
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred).
* Proven experience as a Production Manager or in a similar role.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
* A keen eye for detail and quality assurance.
