Your role Provide tailored support to customers with learning and physical disabilities, helping them build independence and reach their potential in daily life Work one-to-one as a Key Worker, helping individuals create and follow personalised care and support plans that reflect their goals and needs Assist with daily personal care - like washing, bathing, dressing, and toileting - always ensuring each person's comfort, dignity and preferences are respected Assist with medication management, ensuring customers take the right medicine at the right times (with full training provided and safety protocols followed) Support customers to get out and about - whether it's going shopping, visiting friends, or attending appointments - you'll be the helping hand that makes these outings possible Help maintain a clean, comfortable living environment - you'll follow health and safety guidelines, assist with risk assessments, and make sure the service is safe and welcoming for all Your skills You don't need to have years of experience - if you're caring, practical, and eager to learn, you can become an excellent Care and Support Assistant with us.
