About The Role
Reporting directly to the Director of Finance and Operations, you will take operational ownership of IT infrastructure, MSP relationship management, facilities, fleet, and contracts across the organisation. The role includes overall responsibility for our IT infrastructure and security, managing office facilities and leases across head office and nine regional sites, contract negotiation and supplier management, budgeting and project management of office moves and operational projects. You will also line manage the Fleet Administrator and oversee a fleet of 80 leased vehicles.
Responsibilities
* Operate day‑to‑day IT infrastructure and security, ensuring compliance and fit for purpose.
* Serve as primary contact for the Managed Service Provider, overseeing service delivery, SLAs and performance.
* Manage office facilities, leases, and contracts across multiple sites, negotiating supplier agreements.
* Manage a central administration budget and lead operational projects.
* Line manage the Fleet Administrator, oversee fleet of 80 leased vehicles, and contribute to decision making.
* Improve efficiency of systems, processes and ways of working across the organisation.
Qualifications and Experience
* Demonstrable experience negotiating and managing contracts, including managed IT service contracts and budgets.
* Qualification in cyber security or IT, with experience of Microsoft administration, cyber security and MSP management.
* Systematic and effective problem solving, self‑disciplined, analytical and solution‑oriented.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, high attention to detail.
* Ability to build working relationships internally and externally, train and support others.
* Proficiency in Excel and a numerate, fact‑based decision maker.
