The role
You’ll be leading a Reception class, creating a warm, engaging environment where children feel safe, confident, and excited to learn.
There’s a strong structure in place, so you won’t be starting from scratch. You’ll have the freedom to bring your own creativity, while being supported by a team who know EYFS inside out.

You’ll need:
* UK QTS (or equivalent)
* Experience or placement within EYFS
* A nurturing, patient, and engaging teaching style
* Good understanding of early development and phonics
