A leading environmental and occupational health consultancy is looking for an OCCUPATIONAL HYGIENIST to join its established team in Staffordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven OCCUPATIONAL HYGIENIST with experience in exposure monitoring, health risk assessment, and workplace compliance to take the next step in a rewarding consultancy role.
As an OCCUPATIONAL HYGIENIST, you’ll be responsible for conducting on-site monitoring of noise, dust, vapour, and chemical exposure across a diverse client base. You will work with high-profile industrial and commercial organisations to deliver tailored health risk solutions and help drive compliance with COSHH and HSE standards.
We are looking for an OCCUPATIONAL HYGIENIST with:
1. 1-5 years of experience in occupational hygiene or a related field
2. A relevant science or engineering degree (e.g. Chemistry, Environmental Health, Occupational Safety)
3. Experience in noise and dust exposure monitoring, LEV assessments, or workplace risk evaluation
4. Working knowledge of UK health & safety legislation
5. Strong communication and report-writing skills
6. BOHS qualifications and membership (preferred)
7. Full UK driving licence (essential)
