About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to join our Construction (Building) Division in Glasgow. This role is crucial for strategic planning and management of projects during the pre-construction phase, from RIBA Stage 1 to 4, with support into Stages 5 and 6 as needed.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage all Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA) activities to ensure successful project setup
* Lead and coordinate pre-construction activities with design, commercial, operational, and client teams
* Contribute to traditional tendering processes and bid management strategies
* Develop and manage pre-construction programmes aligned with project goals and client expectations
