Overview
The successful applicant will provide occupational therapy to patients in the community and support other staff with their patient caseloads. You will need an excellent and wide-ranging knowledge of a variety of health conditions. You will support colleagues with mentoring, coaching and teaching, emphasising providing occupational therapy to help community patients maximise their independence and achieve their goals.

* Provide professional occupational therapy advice and guidance to other team members.
* Support the leadership team in service development and ensuring clinical excellence.
* Take part in the responsibility for work allocation and triage.
* Support and be involved with service change and development.
* Provide regular supervision and complete appraisals for staff.
* Keep up to date with clinical competencies and ensure supervisees maintain their competencies.
* Manage an active caseload of patients.
