Position
Project Manager / Business Analyst (Hybrid Role)
Essential Criteria
* 3rd level qualification in Project Management (PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM PMQ, Agile PM, or equivalent)
* 3 years proven experience in a hybrid Project Manager / Business Analyst capacity
* Experience delivering projects involving process improvement, digital systems, and organisational change
* Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and solution design
* Experience developing project documentation including plans, risk logs, reports, and business cases
* Strong stakeholder engagement experience, including managing cross‑functional teams
* Experience mapping and redesigning complex business processes
* Experience applying structured project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, APM PMI or equivalent)
* Strong working knowledge of change management methodologies
Eligibility
This is a regulated post and will be subject to a satisfactory Enhanced Access NI check.
