Contract: Temporary (with potential for long term opportunities)
Pay/rate: 130 - 200 per day (dependent on role)

Your role
At term time teachers we are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Mathematics Teacher to join our agency team to teach within a successful Mathematic Department in East Grinstead. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to children's mathematical academic progress.
Your responsibilities
* Plan and mark work timely, producing feedback to the children to support their academic progress.
* Teach in line with the mathematics curriculum to secondary school pupils.
* Encourage curiosity, analytical thinking and problem solving within mathematics.
* Monitor children's development and assess their ongoing progress.
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching Mathematics in UK secondary schools.
* Excellent subject knowledge and strong classroom control.
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
* Legal right to work in the UK.
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's wellbeing.
