We have 2opportunities for Project Coordinatorsto join our expanding Arb Utility division at Ground Control.
This is a hybrid role which can mainly be basedfrom home with occasional visits for team meetings in our Essex orLondon offices.
Your overall role is to supportthe Contract Delivery Manager (CDM) and Project Managers (PM) inmanaging the operations for an assigned programme of tree works inand around the South East of England. You will be responsible forbuilding all costing models for your specificprojects.
What you willachieve;
* Responsiblefor creating and processing project costings and job packs for allyour assigned projects ensuring the efficient tracking of tasks andstrict timeframes are met
* Update and manage theWorks Programme and Planning Checklists and all similar programmesfor your assigned workload and area ofresponsibility.
* Booking and tracking of allTraffic Management works on specificprojects
* Tracking project delivery in terms ofvolumes and desktop quality audits
* Workingclosely with the client as well as internalstakeholders
* Attend internal programming andplanning meetings.
Whoare we looking for
This aninteresting and varied project coordination role which suit someonewith a solid admin background especially focusing on commercialdata spreadsheets and scheduling.
To besuccessful in this role you musthave:
* A keen understanding of allMicrosoft packages especially Excel and this will form a large partof you role therefore IT skills areessential.
* A basic understanding of commercial/ financial terms including sales profits and costsetc.
* A great attention to detail with theability to spot anomalies in data when theyoccur
* Strong organisational skills as well asthe ability to plan phased work over differingtimescales
* Excellent people relations skills soyou are able to manage both internal and externalstakeholders
Any traffic managementexperienced would be beneficial as would any previous experiencewithin the Environmental servicessector.
