We are seeking
an Administrative Assistant to join the busy Student Records Section within Registry Services to primarily deal with the provision of student references and confirmation of award requests to help our students with gaining employment or further study opportunities. The postholder will also assist with maintaining records for those students on exchange programmes, and the provision of assessment information for Board of Examiners meetings.
The successful applicant will be educated to A-level standard, and possess excellent oral and written communication skills. You will have strong IT abilities, with excellent word processing skills, as well as experience of maintaining and manipulating data on a large database. You will be a strong team player while retaining the ability to work autonomously and have a good understanding and ability to handle confidential information.
