ROLE: Facilities Management Coordinator
LOCATION: Alder Hey

We're looking for a Facilities Management Coordinator who will manage and allocate reactive and planned maintenance activities within a busy healthcare PFI environment, ensuring safe, compliant and high‑quality service delivery.

Role Responsibilities:
1. Manage jeopardy across all reactive, planned and statutory maintenance tasks, prioritising high‑volume workloads to meet SLA and contractual requirements.
2. Allocate reactive, planned and statutory works to in‑house engineers and subcontractors, maintaining clear communication through agreed channels.
3. Monitor PPM, statutory and Schedule 10/14 obligations to maintain full compliance.
4. Track performance using live systems, ensuring accurate reporting, evidencing and adherence to PFI requirements.
5. Review service reports, identify remedial actions and communicate requirements to engineering or management teams.
Required Qualifications:
Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.
6. Previous Helpdesk experience within FM, ideally with a Hard Services and healthcare background.
7. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
8. Experience coordinating contractors and maintaining accurate, auditable maintenance records.
