We're looking for a skilled and thoughtful Copywriter to join our Global Marketing Team on a 12 month contract and help bring our brand voice to life. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating impactful copy that supports marketing campaigns and brand activations, ensuring consistency with our global brand direction.

Role Purpose
The Copywriter and Communications Lead plays a key role in bringing brand strategies to life through compelling, tonally consistent copy that reflects the luxury and excellence of all six brands.
This role covers copy across marketing materials, digital platforms, and Group communications, working closely with the Strategic Marketing Leadership Team, Brand Managers, PR, digital and creative teams, and senior stakeholders. The successful candidate will seamlessly shift between brand storytelling, creative copy, and external communications (both trade and consumer) while also delivering a cohesive communications plan across brand, trade, and Group-level messaging.
Measures of Success
* All copy delivered in line with the brand DNAs.
* Copy is compelling and achieves the objective (i.e in digital CTR) as set by the brief.
* Establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal teams across PR, brand, creative, design, licensing and leadership.
* Maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
* Increased brand and trade engagement from designers and consumers alike.
* The successful elevation of brands to the target audience.

* Internal: Marketing Director, Group Brand Managers, Creative Team, Digital Team, People Team, Licensing Division, Leadership Team.
* External: PR & Media Agencies, Licensing Partners (where appropriate)
Qualifications
* BSc/BA in marketing, English, communications, Journalism, or related field.
Skills & Experience
* 3+ years of copywriting experience in-house, agency, or freelance, with a background in editorial or creative copy and handling sensitive content.
* Proven writing and editing skills, including press releases, with clear, concise, engaging, and persuasive copy tailored for creative or brand environments.
* Strong communication and collaboration abilities, able to work independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with effective time management and a customer-focused mindset.
* Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro; plus interest or understanding of the global interior design landscape (preferred).
