Helpdesk Administrator
Location: Oxford
Start Date: ASAP
We are currently recruiting for a Facilities Helpdesk Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, proactive, and confident handling a variety of administrative and customer service tasks.
Shift Pattern:
1. 4 on / 4 off rotation
2. Includes both day and night shifts
Working Hours:
3. Days: 06:00 – 18:30
4. Nights: 18:00 – 06:30
Pay Rates:
5. Days: £13.83 per hour
6. Nights: £15.55 per hour
7. Overtime (Time and a Half): £20.75 per hour
Key Responsibilities for a Helpdesk Administrator:
8. Managing incoming calls and emails efficiently
9. Logging and updating jobs on the helpdesk system
10. Coordinating with internal teams and external contractors
11. Ensuring all requests are handled within agreed timeframes
12. Providing excellent customer service at all times
Requirements for a Helpdesk Administrator:
13. Previous helpdesk, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
14. Strong communication and organisational skills
15. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
16. Comfortable working a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern including nights
17. A valid DBS check is required (or willingness to obtain one)

18. Full training will be provided during your first week
