Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. This is a key position within the business, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing essential support across both sales and lettings functions. The successful candidate will have a proven background in office administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

* Manage the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring efficiency and professionalism at all times.
* Welcoming all visitors and guests into the office.
* Handle incoming and outgoing calls, providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships.
* Carry out accurate data entry, record-keeping, and administrative tasks to support the sales and lettings teams.
* Prepare and file documents in line with company procedures and UK property legislation.
* Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure compliance and accuracy.
* Produce reports, manage schedules, and handle correspondence using Microsoft Office and in house CRM'S.
* Assist the Directors and team members with organisational tasks and project coordination.

Skills & Requirements

* Minimum 3 years' experience in an administrative role (property industry experience preferred but not essential).
* Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and document preparation.
* Professional telephone manner and strong written communication skills.
* Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team environment.
