Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Business Support Team Manager to join Liverpool City Council on an inirial 3-6 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. About the role * Lead, manage and develop a team of Business Support Officers, ensuring strong performance and continuous improvement * Oversee day-to-day business support operations across the service * Work closely in partnership with social care managers to support service delivery and improvement * Take responsibility for key administrative, financial and data processes * Manage budgets, monitor financial activity and ensure compliance with policies and procedures * Drive the development of systems, processes and new technologies to enhance service efficiency * Support recruitment, training and performance management of staff About you * Have substantial experience managing business support functions within Children’s Social Care (or a similar environment) * Be confident across all areas of administration and financial management * Have strong leadership skills with experience supervising and developing staff * Be highly organised, able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines Please apply with an up to date CV ASAP if this role would be of interest to you
