Salary: £36,000 - 76,000 per year Requirements: Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills. Responsibilities: Be part of the team responsible for the technical delivery of highway infrastructure projects. Use highways design, drainage and other software packages to deliver technically robust designs. Mentor and coach team members and take responsibility for their technical development. Assist Project Managers on technical aspects of designs from project initiation through to completion. Delegate work to team members, program deliverables and monitor progress. Support the business in work winning activities, including representing the business at networking events and preparing tenders.
