About the role:
* Implement store strategy and oversee business operations
* Manage brand-partner relationships to ensure alignment and success
* Drive financial performance by optimising space, merchandise and team productivity
* Foster a high performance, customer focused culture aligned with Myer values
* Lead, coach and develop teams to build capability and engagement
* Coordinate operational responsibilities across the store
* Champion process improvements through clear communication and role modelling

* Proven experience in retail management and leading large teams
* Strong business acumen and people leadership skills
* Ability to adapt tactics to drive high performance and results
* Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Skilled in data analysis to identify growth opportunities
