I am working on a standout opportunity with a leading national, multi-office law firm who are looking to appoint a Commercial Solicitor/Associate to join their growing team in Spalding.
This is a supportive and collaborative team with a strong focus on professional development and career growth, offering a full caseload from day one alongside excellent client exposure and business development opportunities.
The team advises a wide range of clients on the legal aspects of operating, growing and protecting their businesses, with work including:
* Commercial contracts
* Company formation and restructuring
* Joint ventures
* Franchises
* Partnerships and family investment companies
* Shareholder and investor agreements
* Intellectual property matters
* Agency and distribution agreements
* Funding and security arrangements
* Commercial contracts
