The Role
As an IT Helpdesk Technician, you will play a pivitol role for our clients, providing prompt and professional technical support. Your main responsibilities will include:
* Responding to Service Requests: Addressing client issues via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
* Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems.
* Remote helpdesk and visit to local schools in the area
* Escalation: Escalating complex issues to higher-level support teams as necessary.
* Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of issues and resolutions.
* Customer Service: Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely updates.
Technical Skills -
* Windows OS/Server
* Active Directory & Group Policies
* Office 365 & Azure Administration
* Software Troubleshooting
* Basic knowledge of IT Systems and Networks
* Bespoke Software Training
