Completely Care Ltd is recruiting for a Senior Residential Support Worker with a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Children’s Homes. Role Overview: We are currently seeking a Senior Residential Support Worker to play a key role in our clients residential children’s home. In this temporary to permanent position, you will lead by example, providing guidance and support to a team of dedicated support workers while delivering exceptional care to the children and young people in our care. This role offers the opportunity for professional growth and advancement within our organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strong leadership and supervision to a team of support workers, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for children and young people.
Act as a positive role model, promoting a nurturing and supportive environment where children and young people feel safe, valued, and empowered.
Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, ensuring the individual needs of each resident are met.
Monitor and assess the progress and well-being of residents, identifying any areas for improvement and implementing appropriate interventions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including incident reports, care plans, and daily logs.
Requirements:
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Children’s Homes or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience working in a residential care setting, with at least 1-2 years of experience in a senior or leadership role.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, young people, and colleagues.
