The role:
o As Head of Sales for 3rd Party Bottling, you will lead the development and growth of the business’s external bottling and brand partnerships
o Win, manage and develop long‑term commercial partnerships with external drinks brands
o Own commercial negotiations, contracts and ongoing partner relationships
o Act as the senior commercial interface between partner brands and internal production/operations teams
o Entrepreneurial and consultative in approach, offering solutions that translate into sustainable commercial wins.
Ideal candidate for Head of Sales - 3rd Party Bottling:
o Senior commercial leader with experience in drinks, FMCG, bottling, drink manufacturing or operations
o Strong track record in managing complex, long‑term B2B partnerships or contracts
o Technically credible, with a good understanding of distilling, production or bottling processes
o Comfortable engaging with founders, owners and senior stakeholders
o Commercially driven, relationship‑led and confident operating in a scale‑up environment
