You will be joining a GP Training Practice in Southampton seeking a Salaried GP for 4–7 sessions. This is a genuinely supportive and collaborative team offering a well-structured working day, protected follow-up time and strong MDT support.
The practice has excellent retention, a stable Partnership and a culture focused on teamwork rather than firefighting.
Salary & Benefits
1. £11,250–£12,000 per session

Workload & Structure
8. Only 27 patients per day
9. Protected mini-session for follow-up appointments (a 6 session GP would have 8 follow-up slots batched together)
10. No home visits for Salaried GPs on routine days
11. Half-day Duty only, focusing on eConsult triage following initial GPA sifting, with 6 appointment slots allocated during for any patients needing review
12. Admin time allocated to each session per BMA contract
