The Sr Manager, Global Manufacturing Excellence will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing manufacturing processes on a global scale, ensuring adherence to the ‘one best way’ methodology. The role will lead the development of procedures and training materials to define the best in class one best way system of operating Krispy Kreme. The role will support the development of sharing and identifying innovative ways of simplifying the business to deliver quality and productivity.
*Collaborate with business partner teams and senior leaders to ensure consistency and standardization in manufacturing processes globally.
Lead initiatives in manufacturing while exploring and implementing new technologies, automation, and best practices.
Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure the success of optimization initiatives.
Collaborate with Krispy Kreme country leads in manufacturing and training to identify best procedures and training content, ensuring it is consistently the most relevant and up to date.
A bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
In-depth knowledge of manufacturing technologies and automation.
