Responsibilities
* Oversee all maintenance and project work across a 30‑acre estate
* Ensure planned and reactive maintenance is carried out on all buildings
* Check compliance certification as and when required
* Co‑ordinate repair work, minor extensions and other project tasks
Qualifications
* Relevant technical background in building surveying, construction management, engineering, facilities management or similar
* Experience managing contractors or in‑house teams, working independently
* Knowledge of JCT contracts
