Your Role:
As our Project Payroll and People Advisor, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that our payroll processes are not only efficient but also aligned with our people-first philosophy. Your responsibilities will include:
Payroll Management: Oversee and manage the payroll process to ensure timely and accurate compensation for our team members.
Project Support: Collaborate with various departments to manage payroll-related projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practises.
Advisory Role: Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on payroll policies, processes, and employee benefits.
Data Analysis: analyse payroll data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations for enhancements.
Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for staff to ensure understanding and compliance with payroll practises.
What We're Looking For:
To shine in this role, you should possess:
Experience: Proven experience in payroll management and people advisory roles, ideally within public services.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of payroll legislation, practises, and compliance requirements.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation.
