Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) – KS2 Interventions Location: Dorchester Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday Start Date: ASAP Teaching Personnel are working closely with a supportive and forward-thinking primary school in Dorchester to recruit a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to deliver targeted Key Stage 2 interventions on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HLTA looking to take on a rewarding role supporting pupil progress and attainment. The Role: Delivering focused KS2 intervention sessions in core subjects Supporting small groups and individual pupils to close learning gaps Assisting with planning and adapting resources to meet pupil needs Monitoring progress and providing feedback to class teachers Supporting the wider classroom where required Full-time position, Monday to Friday The Ideal Candidate: Holds HLTA status or has relevant experience at HLTA level Experience supporting or delivering KS2 interventions Confident leading small groups independently Strong communication and organisational skills DBS on the Update Service preferred, or willing to apply through Teaching Personnel Why Work with Teaching Personnel?
