We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians while monitoring patients for side effects and reactions.
* Maintain accurate and detailed patient records to ensure continuity of care and compliance with healthcare regulations.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised care plans that meet the needs of patients.
* Educate patients and their families about health management, medication administration, and lifestyle changes to promote overall well-being.
* Perform routine physical examinations and monitor vital signs to assess patient health status.
* Respond promptly to medical emergencies, providing life-saving interventions as necessary.

* Proficient understanding of human anatomy and physiology to effectively assess patient conditions.
