About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Classroom Support Assistant to join our team. This vital role focuses on supporting pupils with additional needs who may find aspects of the classroom routine challenging. You will work 1:1 with pupils, providing tailored support that may include emotional, academic, or physical assistance. Experienced in supporting children with special educational needs (SEN) and managing challenging behaviour.
