Teaching Personnel are working with a number of Secondary schools based across the Stoke and West Cheshire area. From September 2025 we have a number of full-time and part-time flexible Cover Supervising roles available.
What is a Cover Supervisor?
As a Cover Supervisor, you will manage a class in the absence of their Teacher. This will involve delivering pre-set work and materials, ensuring all necessary topics are covered and work is completed to a high standard. Behaviour management is crucial within this role; the schools behaviour policy must be adhered to at all times, ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed when necessary. You will feedback to head of departments at the end of each day, providing updates on class behaviour and progress.
