We’re looking for a Smart Locker Service Engineer to join our growing team, supporting the servicing, maintenance, and commissioning of smart locker systems across the UK.
This is a hands-on, field-based role combining hardware, software, and IT networking, with plenty of variety and customer interaction.
What you’ll be doing
* Servicing and maintaining smart locker systems
* Fault finding, diagnostics, and on-site rectification
* Carrying out lock conversions and hardware upgrades
* Software updates, configuration, and system commissioning
* Supporting network connectivity and IT-related issues
* Working directly with clients on-site (clear communication is key)
* Travelling nationally, with occasional international travel
What we’re looking for
* Experience with smart systems, or Access control systems
* Solid IT and networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, connectivity, troubleshooting)
* Confident working with software platforms and system updates
* Strong fault-finding skills across hardware and software
* Able to work independently and manage your own workload
* Competent, reliable, and solutions-focused
* A genuine people person with good customer-facing skills
* Full UK driving licence
