Job Description

Working as part of the Operational Administration team, your main responsibility will be to support the resourcing requirements of the Key Account Network’s operational field teams.

This includes assisting with recruitment administration, processing timesheets, and ensuring accurate and timely coordination of workforce data.

The ideal candidate will bring strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work confidently in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

This is a great opportunity to contribute to a busy team and support critical frontline services during a key period.

Key Responsibilities

1. Engages with recruitment partners and suppliers to support field resourcing needs
2. Maintains and updates trackers and systems for onboarding and compliance
3. Prepares and manages reports, documentation, and resourcing statistics
4. Coordinates vacancies and ensures hiring compliance is met
5. Manages group mailboxes and handles agency queries efficiently
6. Develops and maintains relationships with internal and external stakeholders
7. Supports training on resourcing procedures and contributes to business updates

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

8. Proven ability to meet KPIs and SLAs with strong customer service focus
9. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft applications
10. Strong communication and call handling skills, with experience reporting data
11. Analytical, methodical, and solutions oriented in problem-solving
12. Highly organised, accurate, and able to manage competing priorities under pressure
13. Self-motivated with a calm and professional approach in fast-paced environments
14. Team player with a collaborative and proactive attitude toward service delivery
